Receiptless provides a digital receipt management platform that captures, stores, and delivers electronic receipts to consumers through hardware integration with point-of-sale systems. Our services include receipt capture technology, cloud storage, analytics dashboards, and mobile applications.

Account Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

All content, features, and functionality of the Receiptless platform, including but not limited to software, hardware designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Receiptless and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

Subscription Fees

Access to certain features requires payment of subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

Payment Methods

You must provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

You retain ownership of all receipt data and personal information you provide to Receiptless. By using our services, you grant us a license to process, store, and analyze this data to provide and improve our services.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics, research, and product development purposes.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECEIPTLESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Receiptless, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
